Residential Demo Labor Hourly or Bid

Looking for help demoing a house. I usually act as my own GC, this is my house and I'm familiar with construction having successfully flipped several projects in the past. Please text only or email your hourly rate, experience, and any pictures of demo or construction work you've done. Scope: Demo kitchen/bath/lath/plaster insulation, help remove oil tank, chimney removals. Place debris in dumpster we'll provide just outside. The house is less than 1500 sq ft, includes main level, upper level, and unfinished basement. How we'll help: -I'm happy to help with the demo too, so if you're a college kid/young adult and hard working I'm happy to provide the guidance, tools, and cash. -Tools / Dumpster Not looking for: -Those suffering from drug addiction, although MMJ is OK not before work or on job site for safety sake. -Anyone living out of car/motorhome, my apologies to your struggles the neighbors complained the last time this occurred. -Large General Contractor charging an arm/leg (though we'll be fair). -Scammers, sorry I'm not going to pay a down payment. Daily or Weekly Pay acceptable depending on payment structure agreed upon. Please note: This is not an offer for employment, we're happy to pay cash, though you'll be asked to sign a contract and liability waiver.
