Concession Stand and Food Truck Help Needed

I am looking for 5 people who are looking for gainful employment in food service. I own three food carts, two food trucks, and manage 4 concession stands. Simple but family friendly menu. Ability to drive a company vehicle and tow a trailer is a huge plus. Servesafe certified is a huge plus. I haven't had great luck hiring off of CL.
