Looking for small-med adult dog

Hi, I am a 40 year old single female looking for a small - med. dog for a reasonable re-homing fee. Not looking to spend over $250.00 if possible. Also, looking for a non-shedder and big barker since I live in a townhouse with neighbors. Preferably a spayed female, but a male dog is definitely acceptable.
