WANTED: Johnson Outboard Specialist

I have a 1985 Johnson 115 HP V4 Outboard Motor. I am wanting an Individual who can consult with me on all aspects of this motor. One item is that its supposed to have a VRO oil injection system. If it does, I want to know if it is working properly or possibly disconnect it and just mix the oil in the gas tank.
