Part-time live in nanny needed

Hello I'm a single dad with two young children back in a situation where I could use a very part-time live in sitter in exchange for someone needing a place to live. My current sitter is moving back to her home in AZ which I knew from the start. I really don't want another nanny/sitter but being a single dad I have to do what's best for them and us. So I'm looking for someone needing a place and in exchange for some part-time sitting I can offer a room with bath. No rent with utilities included, wifi, on and off-street parking. I cook every day so meals/food can be included as well plus I can offer some monthly pay for your help. Also we/I live in a 2 bedroom 2 bath apt, it's not the best thing in the work but it's clean, in a great area and for us it's home. So it your looking for a house or something big and awesome this isn't it yet, next year were moving to a house. Complex is in Henderson on Merlayne Dr and Boulder Hwy in a really nice area that's quite in a great area with his school right across the street and a park as well. Looking for someone 100% drug and drama free, no pets, reliable, non-angry person, and you get the picture. If interested pm me and lets talk more. I had or have a few nut jobs that keeps trying to come here when there on drugs and love being in the streets. Needing whom ever between May 1st and May 25th. Currently days and hours needed are Tue-Fri 3pm to 5:30pm and all day Sat BUT when school is out for the summer which is May 25th I think going to need someone for more time but still willing to accept the same monthly fee I can afford for right now.
