Property Maintenance Worker We are looking for a responsible Property Maintenance Worker to oversee and perform maintenance and repairs for our self storage properties in Longmont, CO. This position would be a good fit for someone with prior janitorial experience, prior maintenance experience or similar experience in a related field, however we are willing to train the right candidate. Maintenance Work Duties and Responsibilities Garage door repairs Landscaping and Snow Removal services Janitorial work Occasional painting Occasional small engine repair Respond to maintenance requests from tenants Required Skills/Abilities Ability to follow instructions from supervisors Ability to use hand tools and power tools Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to identify issues and determine repairs that are needed Ability to work without supervision for long periods of time Basic computer skills Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent required Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record Related experience preferred Bilingual preferred We will train the right candidate Physical Requirements Prolonged periods standing and walking Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces Must be able to lift heavy objects, heavy meaning over 50lbs We may offer housing in exchange for the right candidate.
