ePosterboards is looking for AV Stagehands for setup and breakdown at Worcester State University April 27th: Setup- 10:30am- 1:30pm [2 hr guarantee] Breakdown- 5:00-7:00pm [2 hr guarantee] Take advantage of working with one of the leading event technology firms from Boston! Job Responsibilities : - Assist the Operations team with unloading the equipment from the truck using the lift gate. - Help to assemble all of the A/V equipment on-site. (TV Stands,TV Monitors, and Computers) - Assist the ePosterBoards team with connecting all of the A/V equipment and troubleshooting the computers - Assist the staff with taping down and securing all of the electrical cords. - Help to disassemble and load all of the equipment at the end of the event. Minimum Requirements: - Able to lift 20-45 lbs of equipment at a time, comfortably, carefully, and safely, without hurting oneself. - General knowledge of TVs and computers. -Past experience with setting up AV equipment - MUST have a modern cell phone and be responsive Pay rate: $25 per hour, with a 2 hour guarantee per shift About ePosterboards: Based in the greater Boston area, ePosterBoards LLC is a privately-owned event technology service company that provides digital e-poster presentation solutions (i.e., large-format flat panel HD display screens and related equipment), as a rental service for biomedical, scientific, educational and other meetings, seminars, workshops, symposia, conferences and conventions in the United States.
