I want my house painted

I need to have my house painted. What needs to be painted is the brown cedar shingles (using same color) and the windows, not the stone areas. So in all what needs to be painted is just over half the area of the house. Before painting, a few shingles need to be replaced, some ivy needs to be removed from the shingles and the whole surface power washed. I attach photographs of the house from various angles so you can get an initial impression. Of course, you could not give me an actual estimate without coming out in person, but please give me a ballpark figure of what you might want. I would like this done soon. I want a company with a lot of experience and references. When I say references, I mean names and phone numbers, not photographs of past jobs. I will only hire someone who has reviews on Angie’s List/Home advisors, BBB, Yelp, Buildzoom. If you are interested, please write and tell me about yourself and your company.
