Maintenance Technician Job Responsibilities: • Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner. • Responsible for the maintenance and installation of ceiling fans and wall sockets. • Responsible for minor plumbing, electrical, painting and drywall repairs. • Responsible for troubleshooting and minor repair of appliances (washer, dryer, dishwasher, oven/stove, refrigerator). • Manages records of activity in maintenance log. • Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements. • Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize. • Cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas as requested by supervisor. • Provide residents with outstanding customer service. • May also do pressure washing and use paint spray guns.
