Stolen Lectric ebike from Publix Promenade

My white brand new Lectric ebike was stolen Saturday at 5:50 p.m. from the Publix at Promenade at Tamiami & 11th St. 3 men got out of a gold colored car and one used a bolt cutter to cut the lock and rode it north from Publix. The car went south according to witnesses. This was within 10 mins. I also had black saddlebags, a helmet and a black basket on the front. I would love to get it back. Any help appreciated. I would definitely give a reward if it is recovered.
