I'm in need of a installer helper. I installer windows, doors, and sometimes siding, this is a opportunity that can lead you into a skill trade, with endless growth, it won't be easy, you have to maintain a quicken pace thought out the day, while maintaining quality work, an eagerness to learn, and improve your skills, you'll can always to take a break or lunch, I only bitch when the job isn't getting done. Job description, you will set up work site, tarps, and tools, help removing windows, carry out trash (windows) to staging area, prep new windows for install, while maintaining a clean work area, this includes inside, outside, trailer, truck, and keeping tool organized. Pay scale, $15 an hour, if I decide you have what it takes, it pays $16 an hour, retroactive to first day. Once you can consistently install metal on a window ( some pick it up fast, others struggle), I'll pay $17 an hour, until you can trim a window, there will be jobs that require a trim man, so there is a possible I can't use you on that particular job, ( rarely happens).
