Help Brunos Rectal Prolapse he needs Colopexy Surgery

Hello I have a male frenchie who is going to be 4 months on the 30th. He has had two surgeries for a rectal prolapse once 3/29 & again on 4/9. Yesterday 4/23 he got his suture staple's removed again, and today he has another rectal prolapse. We are headed back to the ER to another suture Has anyone had this problem before? Update after speaking with the vet. He has informed this suture will only temporarily relieve Bruno's pain, until he has a Colopexy Surgery and the cost of this surgery is way out of our reach ($5000+) We are asking for any help to help cover the cost of the procedure.
