ISO small breed puppy

Hi, I am searching for a small breed puppy! I would like one that will not get over 10 pounds! My sons puppy passed away about 2 years ago and I want to get him another one! He is high functioning autistic and scared of bigger dogs! His dog was a 4 pound chihuahua! We do have 2 bigger dogs, but he has grown up with them and is scared of any other big dog! I CANNOT afford these expensive puppies! I do have a care credit card for in case of emergencies and can afford monthly flea and tick care along with food and necessities! I just can’t afford to drop $500+ on a puppy! If you have a puppy at an affordable price please let me know! Thank you so much for your time! =)
