Audio Visual Tech for Surgical Meeting We need an AV tech for a surgical education meeting this week, April 28-31 in a Coronado hotel. You are creative, sincere, patient and honest. You're a techie. You can play team ball, are reliable and know computers, MAC & PC's. Audio experience a plus. AV experience a plus but its all about tech and medicine. You can follow directions and are able to work with peers and our clients, physicians. You can dress professional causal, black pants, black shoes and we provide meeting logo polo. You will assist with set-up and tear down of the main room and the other breakout rooms. During the conference, you will be helping running PowerPoint Presentations and assisting with audio control of a sound system with multiple microphones and being the all-around tech helping where needed. We provide breakfast and lunch during the conference. Compensation of $350-400 a day depending on experience. A full day equals up to 12 hours, over 12hrs add overtime of $50 an hour. You are hired as an independent contractor and will fill out a w-9. You will be paid at the end of the conference with an eCheck right away. You must be flexible as we may alter your hours by the day depending on the meeting needs. Should we feel that our arrangement is not a fit we reserve the right to dismiss you at any time.
