My nephew has been my skilled trade helper for the last two years in the construction cleaning. But he is no longer available to do the property repairs that I am now needing. So, I am looking for a partner, who can help me with the work orders that I receive from the property Pres. Company. I am not sure if you know how it works but we do a number of work orders on newly foreclosed homes (HUD, FHa, etc). Our first task is called initial services, where we secure the property. ( changing locks etc) Winterize the house, capping water lines, mowing lawns. etc.And of course, completing a detail Property Inspection Report with many many photographs. At which point, we can submit a bid for other items on the work order. Many of the items have an allowed amount to charge. Allowables. If we come across work outside of the basic task, we can submit a bid for those items.
