Lol worse thing that will happen is they will end up in the drunk tank for 12 hours. Jail won't happen. The college kids bring more money into this area than the permanent residents do. The cops have way more important things to worry about than some kids drinking. Maybe you haven't noticed all the shootings, rapes and other violent crimes going on. Why don't you just move because it's only going to get worse. I'm sure you did your share of partying when you were a kid too.
