STRATFORD, CT — Stratford had one additional death associated with the new coronavirus and 14 more confirmed cases over the weekend compared to the town's numbers Friday, according to state and local officials.
The town had 31 virus-related deaths as of Saturday, according to an email from the office of Mayor Laura Hoydick, while the state reported 491 confirmed cases of the virus in Stratford as of Sunday.
Across Connecticut as of Sunday, there were 25,269 confirmed virus cases, 1,924 of which were associated with the death of a patient, according to state data.
