The presentation will be followed by a Q & A. James Hartley is the Director of Business Operations at the Reilly Arts Center, Marion Theatre, and the Ocala Symphony Orchestra where he manages all of the financial and legal aspects for the organizations. He is currently MCA's Treasurer and the Endowment Committee Chair. Rich Mutarelli, Jr. is a partner at Schatt, McGraw, Rauba and Mutarelli, PA, specializing in property related matters and civil litigation. He is a member of MCA’s Organizational Review committee.
