Join us at The Pastry Project to learn how to make the most fluffy, flaky buttermilk biscuits and berry jam. Learn how to make fluffy, flaky buttermilk biscuits and a delicious berry jam to go with them! During class you will learn basic lamination techniques to create perfect buttery layers in your biscuits. You'll also learn how to make our vibrant berry jam with a recipe that you can use throughout the year with your favorite seasonal produce! We will be requiring proof of vaccination or negative covid test within 72 hours to enter our space. We will not be requiring masks, in accordance with state guidelines. But if you are unvaccinated we will require you to wear a mask in our kitchen.
