The school is open to grassroots officials (ages 14+) in the host state, neighboring states, and from other parts of North America. All proceeds to benefit a new scholarship fund for Rocky Mountain District officials as part of the Bill McKenna Scholarship Foundation, www.McKennaScholarship.com.
