We're excited to welcome Ben Matthews of Terratorium Wines back to Urban Stead Cheese! Join us for an exclusive evening featuring Scott Robbins, Co-Founder and Cheesemaker at Urban Stead Cheese, and Ben Matthews, Co-Founder and Winemaker at Terratorium Wines, as we highlight Terratorium's recent Spring 2022 wine releases alongside beautiful cheese pairings featuring Urban Stead cheeses. Terratorium recently released the first vintages of their Riesling, Pinot Noir and Rosé; they are phenomenal and we're thrilled to share them with you and to pair them with our cheese. Ben and Scott will talk about some of the unique challenges that they encounter as winemakers and cheesemakers and how they are often similar, and will take a deep dive into what gives their wine and cheese their flavor profiles and how you can best pair them. It's shaping up to be a fun evening showcasing flavor profiles, cheese pairings with some cheese & wine education. Each ticket includes a small cheese plate paired with each of the three wines as well as a discussion led by the makers. Wine and cheese will be available for retail after the event.
