Needham Parks & Reconciliation Volunteer Opportunity: Spring Clean-Up! The Needham Park and Recreation Commission and Department provides year-round recreation opportunities and leisure services for Needham residents of all ages. The goal is to provide opportunities that are safe and fun, and promote healthy living. Park and Recreation is proud of the benefits that recreation and parks provide to our community, including environmental, economic, community and personal benefits. On Wednesday, May 18th, 2022 we invite you to participate in a Grassi sponsored trash clean up event to help keep Needham clean and beautiful. Volunteers will meet at the assigned local park in Needham to assist with picking up litter. Proper equipment will be provided to volunteers. Volunteer Maximum: 7 participantsAdditional Information:Mask are recommended but not required.Volunteers are asked to dress according to the day’s weather.This volunteer opportunity is open to Needham office employees only.
