Join the 2022 New Leaders Council (NLC) Boston Chapter Fellows in hosting our first SPARK Talk: Kiki and Conversation with Candace Nguyen! Candace Nguyen (she/her) is also known as Candace Persuasian in the diverse Boston Drag Scene. With the help of her drag mentors and those who came before her, she went from doing open shows at machine to performing frequently at places like Jacques and Carrie Nation. When Candace isn’t performing, she helps navigate trans and gender non-conforming folks with gender affirming surgeries through Mass General Hospital. She hopes that her performances continue to inspire and remind those who may feel lonely that they are loved.
