Join 826 Valencia during our special 20th Anniversary year for our Storytellers' Showcase!
Celebrating 20 years of service, 826 Valencia is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting under-resourced students ages six to eighteen with their creative and expository writing skills and to helping teachers inspire their students to write.
During this event, students from our programs in schools and in the Mission, Tenderloin, and Mission Bay, will be reading their original writing on the Golden Gate Bandshell Stage for their families and community.
Hear students’ stories on pizza, friendship, the future, and everything in between!
Come early and stay after the show for live performances and family fun. The show will begin at 1:30pm.
This event is free, outdoors, and open to all ages. We can't wait to celebrate our young authors with you!
