Are you a Creative Professional who could take your business to the next level with a beautiful and inspiring work space? This 1900 sq ft space has so much potential to serve all the creatives out there! Looking for others who could benefit from using the space regularly or just from time to time. Watch the video below to see how it might serve you. As I continue to setup the space more over the next few weeks I will update the videos shared here. Some of the info has already changed or wasn't explained clearly in this initial video but I hope to make a new one in another week or so. My hope is to find a select group of professionals that can work seamlessly in this space so that we all get the most out of it when we need it, while also at a much more affordable rate than renting on our own. I will collect info from each person who attends the open house to learn more about what you do and how you see yourself using the space. Those who are selected to share the space will commit to a three month sub-lease contract for a trial run to see how everything is working for all parties involved. Read a little about what I do and how I will use the space in the next section. I am a photographer. I thrive shooting high school seniors and creating a unique experience that goes well beyond capturing a great image. With this space I plan to grow that experience even better and host occasional low key parties and groups for them, along with Ladies Night Out and Networking events. I do most of my shoots outdoors so the two back drop stations I will be setting up for large and small groups with a variety of colors will only be used occasionally by me as of now. While seniors are my main focus, I can be found shooting other things as well, but regularly pass other types of photography off to others who excel more in the area. Could that be you? Not limited to, but photographers would make a great fit for this space, especially if we can offer a wide variety of services collectively. I do offer a high level of service to my clients, along with in person sales. The space will be setup for presentations and samples in hopes that other photographers that come in will also be able to utilize this space for IPS as well. I am looking for high quality work and fabulous client service. I want to ensure that the studio has a reputation for offering the best services, which is what will start drawing clients through the door effortlessly.
