Interview first-year and junior transfer finalists for The Achievement Award on the Berkeley campus at Alumni House. The Cal Alumni Association invites you to interview first-year and junior transfer finalists of The Achievement Award! Join us in hearing the stories of students who make Berkeley the great institution that is is today. This opportunity is to interview students in-person at Alumni House on UC Berkeley campus. Our interview events are great opportunities to spend full- or half-days with local alumni, network, meet amazing students, and just have fun with other Cal Bears! Day of Schedule:  Morning Session 9:00 AM – 12 PM Lunch break 12 PM - 1 PM Afternoon Session 1 PM – 4 PM** Please note that this event is only open to UC Berkeley alumni. RSVP by the Thursday before the interview event in order to ensure your registration goes through! *Note: if you volunteer for one session, we will need you to stay for the entirety of the session to ensure fairness to applicants. The Achievement Award Program (TAAP) is a multi-year scholarship program for incoming first years and junior-college transfer students. This need and merit based scholarship program provides multi-year financial support and wrap-around services to ensure students succeed at UC Berkeley. Our ideal recipients will embody the values of the program: a demonstrated ability to achieve despite the challenges placed in front of them, a clear vision for their future, and a commitment to community mindedness.
