Once registration is closed you will no longer be able to purchase tickets through the Eventbrite page.  We do offer a limited number of walk-in tickets the day of the event, but we cannot guarantee that you will receive a walk-in ticket.  All walk-in tickets are subject to a $20 late fee. What is the refund policy? Cancellations must be made prior to Thursday, May 5th at 5pm in order to receive a partial refund. *Please note that Eventbrite no longer refunds the fees associated with each ticket purchase.  What are my transport/parking options getting to the event? Valet parking is validated at $20. Self-parking is available at Pershing Square for $20 but is not validated. The hotel is also nearby the 7th Street Metro stop.  Is my registration/ticket transferrable? Your registration/ticket is only transferrable to another WTS member. Please contact the WTS-LA Membership Chair (Tina Backstrom at [email protected]) for WTS membership questions.  Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? You can either bring your printed ticket or display your ticket on your mobile device using the Eventbrite app.
