Meet Zoey! (Lady Winter with the rescue.) She’s a smart cuddly girl who loves people and treats. Her foster mom would have quickly adopted her if she had not already had a personal dog, or had time and resources for two. With proper introductions, she likes other dogs and loves cuddling and playing with the other dog in her foster home. She is an active dog who wants mental and physical exercise. She’s potty trained and can be left loose home alone without a problem, so long as food and scented products are safely stored. She knows basic commands and has a fairly strong recall. In public, she is reactive to other dogs and will need positive only training to help her through this. She would also make a great dog for someone with property where there would be fewer “scary” strange dogs passing by.
