On the recommendation of the Secretary of the Commonwealth, all cities and towns have been advised to lock their ballot drop boxes during the overnight hours this weekend. The Red Ballot Drop Box in Needham will be locked at 5 pm on both Friday, October 30, 2020 and Saturday, October 31, 2020. The box will be unlocked for deposit of ballots Saturday and Sunday morning by 8:30 am.
