Hike a trail then grab a drink with other singles in your area. In order to combat swipe culture and encourage *safe face-to-face meetings, we’re hosting a singles hike at Penasquitos Waterfall followed by tasty beverages at Duck Foot Brewery. Join the Camp Bum hiking group and meet other singles in your area who share a common interests in getting outdoors, hiking, and enjoying great drinks and music! We’ll hike to Penasquitos Waterfall from Penasquitos Creek Park. The hike follows a fun and mellow trail which allows for conversation and photo opportunities. We’ll hike to the Penasquitos Waterfall to capture selfies that look adventurous. Take this time to ask questions and learn about other single hikers in the group. After the hike enjoy your first Pint on us at Duck Foot Brewery (You’ll get two drink options to choose from at the brewery). Drink, get appetizers, make connections, and chat with your fellow hikers. There will be live music being played by the San Diego Bluegrass Society! When: Sunday, May 22. Hike starts at 10:00am - 12:30pm Duck Foot Brewery from 1:00pm - 3:00pm Where: Penasquitos Waterfall Hike from Penasqutos Creek Park (3.6 miles roundtrip): Easy, wide trail with opportunity to walk side-by-side and enjoy conversation. Pose for fun photos at the waterfall to share on your dating profiles if this event doesn’t work out.
