Greetings I have a rehearsal studio available to share rent with. Room is 15x16 for $275 every 1st of the month. Currently renovating the room & will be ready to rent June 1st. -24/7 access -Private Parking Space for all tenants -Central HVAC The room is quite spacious & there’s a couple of big shelfs that can be used for storage as well. Important things to note •The room in itself is not 15x16. It is a bit larger than that, but this area will be completely yours & not for me to invade in any way. You’re free to set your place however you please as long as you’re clean & respectful. •I prefer to share rent with someone who is looking to rent for at least 12 months. •Roommates should be reliable at all times when it comes to paying rent.
