Dig a ditch...a very long ditch

I am looking for somebody that is hard working to help me dig a long long ditch. I will guarantee $15 per hour however if we can get this done quick and the person is hard working I'm willing to pay more. I needed it done like last week and here we are a week later and I am in dire need to finish. 1st person to contact me and then show up has a job. transportation is only necessary For the person to get here I am willing to drive them home if need be. This could be a 2 day job or one day job I'm not sure but The trench is about 1500' and I'm about halfway done as of now with digging but I still need to do the rest of it and then lay down A-line For a dog fence and then bury it backup. Person is needed ASAP thank you
