Explore the world of blue cheese and make a Buttermilk Blue! Stilton, Roquefort, Cambozola, Gorgonzola - the list of cheeses in the wonderful world of blues is long! In this class we will make a Buttermilk Blue - a milder and very versatile blue cheese. But, your handout will include recipes for multiple blue cheeses and we will review them and the special in's and out's of making blue cheeses. It is recommended that you have some experience making cheese to take this class but it isn't necessary. Class fee is $50. Participants limited to 8.
