Connect Planners w/ the World's Best Hotels, Resorts, and Destinations for the purpose of finding the location of their next meeting/event. SuiteMeetings™ presented by Luxury Meetings is a bespoke event, which will take place in the Party Suites at Globe Life Field during the Major League Baseball Game of the Texas Rangers vs Houston Astros on Tuesday, April 23, 2022. The game time is 7:05 pm, however, the suite will be open w/ food and beverage starting at 5 pm. This event is ONLY for QUALIFIED MEETING PLANNERS. All planners must register first, answer all scoping questions, and you will receive a confirmation back from the Luxury Meetings team within 12 hours, upon approval. During the course of the game, you'll have the opportunity to mix and mingle with some of the World's Best Hotels, Resorts, & Destinations, all while watching the Texas Rangers beat up on the Houston Astros, and filling up on some Rangers Cookout, which will be provided within the suite. What is SuiteMeetings™? The objective is simple: we have curated a unique group of 12-15 of the World's Best Hotels, Resorts, and Destinations for the purpose of networking with 30-35 very qualified meeting planners.  Over the course of several hours, we break bread, get to know each other's business before the baseball game, and then have fun all while enjoying the game, all within a private suite.  Unlike our Luxury Meetings ™ series of events, there are no rotations or time limits; it’s simply a structured casual environment for suppliers and meeting buyers to develop meaningful and productive business relationships. AGENDA (Central/Dallas Time) 5:00 pm - Party Suite 105 Opens 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm - Network with some of the World's Best Hotels, Resorts, & Destinations, laugh, talk shop, devour Rangers Cookout ballpark food, and enjoy the company of all the meetings industry colleagues.... and best of all, do it while enjoying the Texas Rangers Major League Baseball game vs their in-state rival, Houston Astros! 8:30pm - 10:00pm - Depart at Leisure Covid-19: We’re acutely aware of the challenges involved in meeting in person and are prepared to rise to the challenge.
