This workshop will teach Black parents the essentials of gun safety. Gun tragedy continues to traumatize Black families in Minneapolis and within Black communities across the nation. Firearm safety education is essential to reducing firearm related deaths. This workshop is appropriate for new firearm owners and those who do not own firearms. We will cover the mechanics of semi-automatic handguns, firearm safety rules, and how to store firearms safely. *This workshop is specifically designed for Black parents.
