Industry Event Conference - Photographer Wanted

We are seeking an event photographer for a local conference at the Cal Shakes Amphitheater in Orinda, just past the Caldecott Tunnel, right on the Berkeley border. The entire event is outdoors. What we want: 1. Speakers on stage, and audience members 2. Candids of attendees interacting 3. Sponsors at their sponsor booths 4. People laughing and enjoying the event Hours of work: Tuesday, May 3, 4:00pm - 9:00pm (5) Wednesday, May 4: 9:30am - 6:00pm (7.5) Thursday, May 5: 9:30am - 4:00pm (6.5) Please email me with the following: 1. Are you fully vaccinated? If not, are you willing to provide a negative PCR test result at your own expense? 2. Please send links to your portfolio. Preferred if you include direct links to your work at trade shows, conferences, stage presentations, corporate social mixer, etc. NOT weddings ;) 3. What camera(s) will you likely be shooting with? What lenses? For venue photos to see relative distances of stage/objects at this venue, search for the many photos of the "bruns amphitheater" in your online maps 4. Are you a personable person? Can you also be discreet for candids? 5. What is your hourly or day rate, or your rate for this gig? If you can't make all days, let me know which days you could make. Thanks!
