STRATFORD, CT — Stratford police are investigating a homicide, a department official confirmed Thursday. "The investigation is ongoing and there is no further comment at this time," Capt. Frank Eannotti said in a statement Thursday night. More details were expected Friday. News 12 reported that the incident occurred inside a home in the 400 block of Burritt Avenue. Neighbors first noticed a police presence on the street Wednesday evening, according to News 12.
