Black male cat with clipped ear. Stub of a tail.. Microchiped and fixed. Feral Fredom Cat. He might have been trapped and dumped by my cruel heartless neighbor. He is almost 4 years old. Not a tame cat, but will associate people with food. If he gets hungry he will get close and cry to be fed. Probably will not let.you touch him. If you see him please message me.
