An overview for those in supervisory roles to learn best practices, policies and interpersonal skills to successfully lead at USA Health. Lead by Charles Smith, Director, Employee Relations, and other USA Health HR Staff, this two-day course will cover topics that will assist in making your supervisory role stronger and creating a better leader within the USA Health System. Monday, May 9, 2022, 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. - Day One Topics Include: Employee Relations, Counseling Employees, Interviewing, the Progressive Disciple Process and the iCIMS Applicant Tracking System. Monday, May 16, 2022, 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m - Day Two Topics Include: Compensation Policies, Benefits (FML, OJIs, etc), Safety in the Workplace, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Eligible for CEU credits. You must attend both full days to receive a certificate of completion. Light morning refreshments. You will go to lunch on your own. Seating is limited.
