STRATFORD, CT — An Oxford resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Stratford earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On Nov. 25, Robert Thompson, of Oxford, purchased a $100,000 CASHWORD 10 ticket from the 1240 Stratford Ave LLC store and won $10,000.
