Your kids can learn new skills, explore their interests and connect with peers from any cohort, classroom or school! Find engaging programs for your child in our online catalog. The Needham Community Education NCE Elementary program offers a wide array of after school enrichment classes for grades K–5 (fall classes will be offered to grades 1–5). This fall NCE Elementary will be offering our classes virtually. Students from all schools and cohorts may participate in any of our offerings. Our virtual programs offer fun opportunities to learn new skills, explore interests, connect with peers, and make new friends across any classroom, cohort or school!NCE programs are open to non-Needham Public Schools children as well, so our classes also provide a great opportunity to connect with your friends and family from other schools.Fall ProgramsOur small group, live taught programs will be offered as 45–75 minute classes that run weekly Monday through Thursday between October 22nd and winter break. Classes will occur, in most cases, between the hours of 4:00pm and 6:00pm Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays and between 3:15pm and 6:00pm on Wednesdays. There are classes that appeal to every child, including: 3D printing, STEM explorations, science, electronics, escape the room, chess, ukulele, art, crafts, foreign language, LEGO explorations, yoga and more!
