Trash out and landscaper needed

Busy house flipper looking for experienced detrash person with their own trailer who is experienced at landscaping and fencing. Will be handling 30-40 properties per year. Responsibilities include initial trash out of house and yards, cleaning of property yards, installation of new sod and sprinklers, installing new weed fabric and plants, some occasional fence work, final clean out of debris after remodel of home is complete and cleaning of property upon completion of remodel work.
