UPDATE: All of the eastbound lanes of the Northern State Parkway have reopened. ORIGINAL STORY: ALBERTSON, NY — The eastbound lanes of the Northern State Parkway are closed in Albertson. Police are investigating a crash on the roadway. All eastbound lanes are closed at Exit 30 for I.U. Willets Road. The shutdown is also causing big delays on the nearby Long Island Expressway. It's unclear at this time what happened or how many people were injured.
