Missing pigeon (WHITE BANDED) near Arden Mall in Sacramento, CA. Escaped around 6:30pm on Friday 4/22. He is shy of new people. He's a rescued racing pigeon. if you spot or think you've seen him or by any luck hear of a pigeon being found. Thanks!
