We have a fence project we’d like done and looking for bids. We’d like it bid in 3 sections, as our neighbor agreed to help with splitting the cost of the long fence, then we would pay for our individual gate sections. See pictures and measurements included. For each section, please include your price for all : for tear down and removal of old fence from site, all concrete and fence materials, fasteners and gate hardware, materials pick up, and installation of a new 6’ cedar fence with 1”x 6” dog eared pickets. If you have a recommendation for good fence materials around town you prefer, we’ll create an order from your estimate and I’ll pay for it so you can pick up. Please send your bids for the 3 sections here, along with your contact information and availability. The project is ready to go, fence on relatively flat yard about 30’ from street parking to the east. Address is in SE Denver, right by cross streets on map. If your initial pricing is competitive, I will call you to arrange a visit so you recheck your price. FYI- If your price is competitive, and you did well on installing the first sections above, there’s another 80’ + of fence on the opposite side of yard ready for removal and replacement too.
