Weatherization Tech / Insulation Installer Position Efficiency Revolution, LLC is hiring an Insulation Installer Technician. Be part of a dedicated team of home energy specialists! This position is responsible for sealing air leaks and the safe installation of insulation in attics, walls, crawl spaces, and basements of homes. Smaller, athletic people with good balance tend do best in this job. Rock and tree-climbers tend to have the balance and movement skills that allow them move around well in attics. Benefits for Full Time Employees: $22-$28/hr and up, depending on experience & work ethic. $500 bonus after 90 days. $1/hr bonus for every hour worked between June 1st and September 30th. REQUIREMENTS: Must possess a valid Colorado drivers license in good standing. Must want to and be able to interact with the public. Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team. Must be available to work Mondays through Fridays. Must be fully vaccinated against covid-19. Wear N95, KN95 masks, or respirators as needed. The work is physical and requires crawling and crouching. Basic knowledge of how to use hand and power tools is a plus. Must have good balance, and able to fit through small openings into attic spaces and crawl spaces. Must be able to lift 32lb bags of insulation, and occasionally lift up to 100lbs. No tattoos on face. Please apply if you are a hard worker with a great work ethic and attitude.
