Press release from the City of Tulsa: April 22, 2022 On Sunday, April 24, and Monday, April 25, Water Distribution personnel are scheduled to repair a waterline leak at 24 E. 21st St. Work hours will be between 8 a.m. April 24 and 5 p.m. on April 25. During this work, traffic on East 21st Street will be limited to one lane in each direction between South Boston Avenue and South Main Street, and South Boston Avenue will be closed at 21st Street.
