The Housing Authority of Phoenix is currently offering a $2000 landlord incentive to landlords who lease to a Section 8 voucher holder. This is in addition to any required deposit. I have a voucher that will pay up to $1377 per month for a 2 to 3 bedroom, more is paid if utilities are included. I'm looking to move ASAP, no later than 6/1/22. Any dwelling type is good and amenities/features aren't a big concern, not picky about location. Signing up is easy and quick and rent is direct deposited every month by the Housing Authority, unit will be maintained to remain inspection ready at all times. Please reply to this message if you would like to accept the Housing Choice Voucher Program and you have a property available currently or in the near future for rental. Thank you.
