The child is in MetroHealth Medical Center, reports Cleveland 19 News. The woman driving the car sped off, according to Cleveland Police, but authorities have detained a passenger who was in the car. It's not clear how the passenger came into police custody. Police said the suspect vehicle is a black, four-door sedan. The incident happened shortly after 6 p.m. Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
