Construction Clean Up Crew Part Time Weekends

We are a growing company doing both construction and non-construction cleaning work. This position is for someone who has some construction experience and is capable of driving a large Silverado or RAM pickup with a 14' to 16' trailer. Responsibilities: Lot clean up, garage clean-out, power washing. Many times we cannot get all the work done during the week and need to complete a few jobs on the weekend. We are looking for someone that if we would call on Thursday or Friday could be available for Saturday and possibly Sunday if work is available. Requirements: Good transportation to get to location where truck and trailer are stored. Able to be self motivated and trustworthy. You will be using over $50,000 of equipment. Professional attitude as you will have interaction with on-site building managers. Professional attitude working with your co-worker. We have doubled our size in the last 90 days and expect to do this again in the next 90-120 days. Great opportunity for someone who has some management skills, can communicate effectively, and do whatever is necessary to make our customers happy!
